The visual transformation of the Community Centre "Stoyanka Sokolova 1999" started in March 2024. Then we met with children and young people for whom the Community Center is a place for learning, games and acting classes. It was they, their words and stories, that were the inspiration for artist JahOne, who brought those ideas visually together in a contemporary mural on the Community Centre fence.

During the opening, people from the local community in the neighbourhood, our guests and the leadership of the Regional Sofia Municipality at Fakulteta neigbourhood  had the opportunity to learn more about the process we went through and the stories of the children, the Community Center itself and the people that run it.

The Amenge (About Us) project is the initiative of Meeting Points and is organized by Meeting Points in partnership with Visionary and the financial support from the National Culture Fund, Socially Engaged Arts 2023 programme - funding for the Meeting Points Foundation. Partners of the project are also Hewlett Packard Enterprise Bulgaria.
